References in this Data Protection Policy to “Groupe FA/BER,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the companies:

In this capacity, we act as the “data controller” within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

The data we collect is treated with the strictest confidentiality and is only shared with third parties where necessary for the execution of your request or contract with us, or where required by law. Such third parties may include our service providers (for example, for furniture storage or secure document destruction), IT subcontractors, as well as our accounting partners, banks, or notaries in the context of their legal and administrative duties.

  • to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law.

We will make every effort to respond to your request promptly and within one month of receiving it. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests we are handling, this response period may be extended by a further two months.
